Thank you for considering to become a member of AAPOLA.  Together we can be a force that can properly represent the interests of Australian property owners to Governments in Australia, State & Federal, as well as the property industry in general.

We are a incorporated not for profit organisation, with the sole focus on providing a voice and contribution to policy initiatives in Australia that affect the property industry generally and with a particular focus on the impact on the thousands of owners that live outside of Australia.

For too long we have been ignored and disrespected, so APPOLA has been formed to ensure we have a central point of reference, understanding and connection that can be utilised and consulted before any further adverse changes are made.

The Australian property market is a significant part of the Australian economy, providing an enormous amounts of jobs in the construction industry and ancillary support services to landlords.  We also provide valuable new housing stock to help alleviate the pressures of Australia’s rising population and bring valuable financial contribution through global exposure and tourism.

You participation as a member will let us regain the respect that we deserve and help us stop the current trend of financial exploitation from Australian Governments on property taxes that are unfairly skewed against foreign owners.
